ITCA Management Committee Attendance Policy
Each representative
is required to attend all 11 annual Management Committee meetings.
Should a Representative miss more than 2 meetings annually they
will be asked to step down from the committee and elect another
Representative within their company. Representatives are advised
to nominate an alternate person within their company in the event
they will be unable to attend to avoid any attendance problems.
Authorized absences
include the following (i.e. those which will not count towards your
total): vacation time, sick leave, time off for a workers' compensation
injury, a death in your family, jury duty, time off to vote or military
leave. It is however, requested that even in situations of authorized
absence you make arrangements to have your alternate attend the
committee meeting.
