Vice President – Fragrance Operations, North & Latin America John has been with Givaudan for 20 years. He has held numerous positions in Accounting/Finance, Systems, and Operations and currently is Vice President–Fragrance Operations, North & Latin America. John is actively involved in community events in Mt Olive Township, including Givaudan CAP, MTO High School Robotics Club and numerous sports sponsorships. John is a Certified Management Accountant, and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, APICS, Beta Gamma Sigma, and the Finance National Honor Society. John is a graduate of Seton Hall University. He received a BS in Finance in 1986, and an MBA in 1991. He resides with his wife and two sons in Long Valley, and is active in youth sports programs; football, baseball and karate. ITCA,
Laura Catherine Bartus Laura holds a great passion for non-profit, volunteer work. She spent many years active with the Catholic Big Sisters, ARIA, Streetwise and The Girl Scouts. She served as the Director of Public Relations and Board Member for ARIA from it’s inception until relocating to New Jersey. Laura continues to volunteer as an event planner and public relations consultant with many area non-profits. Laura received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Manhattan College, Bronx, NY in 1999 and is currently in pursuit of her Masters in Clinical Social Work at Rutgers University.
Tom is the Business Development manager for Picatinny Federal Credit Union. Picatinny is the tenth largest credit union in New Jersey with assets of around $250 million and 18,000 members. A major part of Tom’s job includes running the charitable arm of the credit union. As such, he is able to be a member of the Management Committee of the International Trade Center Alliance (ITCA). By virtue of the ITCA, he is honored to Chair the American Heart Association’s Annual Heart Walks for Morris, Sussex and Warren counties each year. Also through the ITCA we are able to contribute to the new cancer center at the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center through the ITCA’s annual Leprechaun Leap. Picatinny Federal Credit Union also allows Tom to run several food and toy drives throughout the year. We contribute heavily to local schools and youth sports in an effort to help keep kids out of trouble. We try to take out ads in many local publications and ad books for various organizations as well as make donations to such. Tom is also very active in his hometown of Pompton Lakes. He is currently the President of Pompton Lakes-Riverdale Little League and the Chairman of the Pompton Lakes Zoning Board of Adjustment. Tom is a lifelong resident of Pompton Lakes and with his wife Valerie, they are raising their two daughters Erin, 18 and Jamie 14.
Laura Moreno is the Human Resources Manager at Sportcraft, Ltd. She joined Sportcraft in November, 2002. Laura enjoys people and developing teamwork and has been in the Human Resources field for over 20 years. Prior to Sportcraft, she was a Human Resource Generalist for three years at United Steel Products in East Stroudsburg, PA and prior to USP she was a Human Resources Manager for an insurance company in New York City for over 10 years. Laura has recently been certified through the Society for Human Resource Management. Laura is very active in her community and in the ITCA. She is a member of the Saw Creek Estates Recreational Committee and is also a member of the Society of Human Resources. Laura, who is originally from Queens, New York, lives with her husband Stanley, and son Christopher. Outside of business, she enjoys family, exercising and skiing.
