MOUNTAIN BIKE CLINIC INFORMATION

2008 Mountain Bike Clinic Schedule – REGISTER FOR BIKE CLINICS NOW
- In order to participate in clinics you MUST be registered for the Triathlon
- All clinics are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED! Clinics are limited to 10 people each.
- You must be 12 years old to participate in the mountain bike clinics
- Mountain bike clinics begin at 850 Clark Drive, Mount Olive, NJ 07828
- Clinics will include instruction on blacktop, hill work, rugged terrain, mud & obstacles

CANOE CLINIC INFORMATION

2008 Canoe Clinics Schedule – REGISTER FOR CANOE CLINICS NOW
- In order to participate in these events you MUST be registered for the Triathlon
- All clinics are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED! Clinics are limited to 6 people each
- You must be at least 15 years old to participate in any of the below listed clinics alone, 12 w/adult
- Clinics will include ½ hour on land instruction and ½ hour on water instruction
- All clinics will begin at Rick’s Marina across the street from 44 Sandshore Road, Budd Lake, NJ 07828

NEW FOR 2008!! Atlantic Sports Health will offer FREE running clinics and run course previews to all athletes
In keeping with their initiative to help athletes of all levels perform at their best Atlantic Sports Health will host FREE running workshops and course previews for the 2008 ITCA Triathlon. A certified trainer from Atlantic Health will teach good stretching, running, pacing and transition skills.

- In order to participate in Triathlon clinics you must be registered for the 2008 Triathlon
- All clinics are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED! Clinics are limited to 10 people each.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for your clinic start to prepare your group
- Run clinics will begin in the SKC Parking Lot at 850 Clark Drive, Budd Lake, NJ 07828
